What happens to Susan in the books?
In the last book we find out that Susan is more interested in boys, nylons, and lipstick and therefore no longer a friend of Narnia. She stops believing in Narnia and thinks their adventures as children was just fun and games. So basically, she loses her faith in God and can no longer return to Narnia.
What happens in The Last Battle?

Will there be a fourth Narnia movie?
Currently, there probably will not be another Narnia movie for several years. Walden Media’s film rights expired and the C.S. Lewis estate isn’t too keen on making another film with Walden. The estate is required by law to wait a few years before they can sell the film rights again. In May 2012, Douglas Gresham stated that it would probably be about seven years before they could start/continue the production on a new Narnia movie. From what we’ve heard, Douglas Gresham is interested in making The Silver Chair next. The earliest a new film could be released is estimated to be 2018.
